Yes. You can also send pictures. The mail rules are the same as any other unit in Texas as far as what you can mail in. The only difference is that it is much slower than the regular units.

In fact, all of the GRAD UNITS have extremely slow mail. That is what I was referencing, perhaps you misunderstood.
