| Good morning alltogether, I have another question relating to writing an inmate: Is it allowed to use designed paper: Paper, where flowers or other pictures are imprinted or of example that is looking like the shy in white and blue. Perhaps it is possible to give an inmate a little bit joy with this, if he/she gets a nice designed paper, but if it is not allowed he/she perhaps do not get the letter or get in trouble? Important: There are no sticker, where drogs or anything other could be hided for the prisoner, only imprinted pictures. Many thanks for the hopefully coming answers, hal |
