Elric, Texas has only just installed telephones for inmates, does not permit individual inmates to have televisions or CD players like several other states do. I really dont see a time when inmates will be allowed luxuries like Kindle.

Perhaps if you did have a penpal, you'd have a better understanding of that side of the situation?

Well.. not all inmates in TX have televisions. They do have in cell TV's at the Ramsey unit which are used for the GRAD program. The offenders can watch TV on them when not doing classes by Video.

But I agree otherwise.
