I got a memo that was for the NECX inmate population.

"Due to the amount of contraband found recently in books coming into NECX, and the individuals misrepresenting themselves as companies the following changes will go into effect March 1, 2009"

"All books must be purchased through your trust fund account....Family and freinds can no longer order these for you."



We are getting people together to sign a petition and a letter to the congressman in TN and we need all the help we can get for families that have loved ones in NECX to join us. email me if you would like to help us and sign our letter or write your own letter or sign our petition or send a copy of our petition to your loved one and get them to get everyone on their cell block to sign it. my personal email is deniseulc@suddenlink.net Please help us get things back the way they were.
