I've been reading through some of the threads in this section and I am suprised to read of so many miscarriages of justices still going on in the world today. Surely with the technology we have today they can be prevented?

I am not sure if any of you are familiar of the Guildford Four, Maguire Seven and Birmingham Six cases? But their cases and stories and indeed this subject interest me.

my PP suffered a huge miscarriage of Justice and today after 21+ years behind bars he won a motion to see previous trial records, this result could lead to him walking free, i am familiar with the Guildfor 4 as i am from Belfast and knew 2 of the guys who were falsely convicted, i will keep you all posted as to how my PP's case progresses

Interesting that you know two of the guys, it's a terrible tradgey that happened to them and should never ever have happened.
