Oh yes I forgot to mention. I have no money for an attorney. I gave the "crooked" one my life savings. So an attorney is out of the question.

You are correct completely when you say "that no one can understand what they do not know" of your Son`s case. I can again assure you that the advise you received was based on what is known. Rolando is right .I might add if you seek advise in a public forum you will receive all kinds of answers . Some you might not like or agree .We can only give advice on what we know .

Both Rolando and My self are all to aware of the good ol'e boy system TX all too well known for it .

We are also very aware of the legal system from arrest conviction appeals to release .From both having lived it and helping others though it in varying ways .

Getting a plea reversed is all but impossible it is a admission of guilt and a binding legal agreement.

you can consult often at no cost with many post conviction atoenys . They will allmost certasinly tel you the same thing .

It is also not advisable to say the original attorney is "crooked" that is not going to make your case or any one in the legal field believe you if any thing the opposite .

There is obviously more involved here than what is being told . With out hearing the entire case from both side it is very difficult to say much beyond getting a plea overturned is next to impossible .

I am sorry if you fell hurt or slighted , but telling a person what they want to hear is not help or support . If anything it can be very dangerous in the criminal justice area .
