I beg to differ, sir. In my 20-plus years experience in federal civil rights actions, rare has been the occasion when an attorney was willing to take one on a contingency basis, regardless the merit.

I agree with prison litigator. Not only is he correct on the contingency
basis, but any lawyer worth his salt needs to know what charges were
dropped. Just like there are laws, there are also laws.

It would have been more interesting to have read Chad/White`s type
of charges dropped, and why. Not knowing the case, perhaps a law
required the prosecutor to drop the case and go home.
