Advice and help is needed. Please see www.anthonynealy.org for information on Charles A. Nealy who is scheduled to be executed by the state of Texas for something he did not do. The state is aware of the prosecutorial misconduct, yet they have not halted the execution date. What can you recommend at this point? Yes, we have organized people to send letters, emails, to Tx Gov. Perry. I have tried so hard to find Charles a defense attorney who will volunteer his time because his court appointed attorney does not seem to care. What more can his supporters do? Charles needs help now. Please help in anyway you can.

My fiance is in a Mo state prison for INTENT to Manufacture and because he violated his probation (5 years probation) he was sentenced to 15 and 5 years consecutively due to being young and not completely understanding that the plea bargin he made was so incredibly insane. I have that information to give if anyone can help us out. I am also having a very hard time trying to reason or talk to any prison officials, counselors, etc. on the conditions they are living in and the violations that are just randomly given to them so as to make bed space by rotating them in and out of the hole (ad seg). Any help you can give me or direct me to would be most appreciated as I really have no clue as to how our states can be so corrupt in this regard. I need to ad that I don't live in MO I live in NV. I also need to see if I can find some legal help for a friend incarcerated in the same MO state prison for 2nd degree murder, burglary in the first degree and armed criminal action. He was sentenced to consecutive terms of life, 100 years and 15 years. Has spent 17 years locked up now and has been trying to appeal and overturn his conviction without success. He has no money except the few dollars the state gives him monthly. His case is very confusing to me, however I do have his information and would be happy to send it to anyone willing to look it over. He has filed pro se on most things but to no avail. He really needs some legal help I have all the information on computer so I can e-mail it. Please send me in the right direction on this as I have no idea how to help him out. Maybe there is someone out there that is willing to work on these cases because they need experience? Almost anything is better than nothing and dealing with MO is anything but easy.
