Default KIDS RIGHTS ??

Hello. is there anything like your "USA" constitution SP, that covers all the rights for kids?? how they should ALL be treated the same, hope you get what im meaning.

Not sure I understand what your asking. BUT, in Texas, kids comes first, how ever, I will tell you that not all are treated the same. It really depends on the circumstances of each case.

Not sure that helps, but, thats what I am understanding what your asking,

UKGAL,

There are no Federal rights for children. Sadly it is a State issue and they vary wildly.

Please read our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Sad but true that neither party in our system focuses on the children on a Federal level.

Is there a Children's Right law in the UK? If so then please forward so we can actually get a Federal law protecting Children that we can send to our elected officials as an example.

This link shows the international treaties on Children's rights that the UK is signatory on: Children’s Rights: United Kingdom: England and Wales – Law Library of Congress

We are also bound under the European Court of Human Rights.
