I have a penpal in the Florida system. He is Punta Gorda, Florida. IF you know of a lawyer who can help with the issue or someone well versed with Florida DOC issues, please let me know. A penpal of mine is complaining that he is not getting all of his gain time. I also wanted to know if he can possibly get a sentence reduction.
