 filing charges can a inmate/convict from the State of Georgia or other states file charges against another inmate/convict?...such as assault charges...and if so, what is the process and fees if any...thanks for any help....      |

| Re: filing charges Inmates in any jurisdiction cannot file criminal charges against another inmate. Only law enforcement officials, prosecutors included, have the power to do that. |
