Why is someone gonna take time for something someone else did? THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!! I have a friend who over the years have fell in love with you I know in my heart and by evidence he wasn't the one driving the car that night his wifeand best friend but he is taking the wrap for it and isscared if he was hypnatized he would admitt doing it. Instead the one who everyonethinks is the one who was driving is off in the free life and my friend got 15 years for involentary manslaughter with a vehicle. Which everyone thinks there was another car involved but since they all were drinking and the car belonged to my friend he went to jail for it and was forced to admit to something he didn't do!! So tell me why not fight, why would you take the route and why is the state not doing more to investigate??>??

that is a really good queston. Most times there is one word that discribes this, "snitching". It is not done in most cases. People rather take the time rather then snitch. My cousin is lock up for a life with out parole sentnece cause of this same reason. if you will read the thread here called eww you dirty rat, that will also explain some. when kenneth forst wrote that article, it was hard for me to be open minded, which i think i am an open minded person, but it was hard for me just cause i cant see someone taking time for what some one esle did. now dont get me wrong, let me refraze what i meant with michael, my cousin, more like some one i grew up with, he is no innocent perosn,believe me, but if he would have spoke up and took uo for him self, he probly woul dnot have got what he did. but, he would'nt

You actually see this alot...for some, they would rather take the time then to be known for or labeled a "snitch"... that was a great post titled "eeewwww you dirty rat" by the way. I know there is a certain code to go by behind bars, and more often then not inmates will take time over being a snitch, they feel it is better to do more time then to have that label because if you are labeled that, your going to have alot of problems..... I know Id NOT do time for something I did not do if I could help it.... but in prison, they have diffrent codes of ethnics then we do out here....

exactly Kimbra. I guess it is easier for them to understand all that code bull. Us out here dont understand it as they do.All i know is we the loved ones have to live with their decision as well. I know that is will most likly put an x on your back if one was to snich. How we handle this on the out side, is to accect the things we cant change.
