i'm trying 2 find an ex inmate that i used 2 write 2, i know he's from the washington area but i cant seem 2 find him, i have no way of paying 2 find him and i would realy like 2 know if he's ok and if he's settled and happy, i cant seem 2 forget about this guy, anyone got any odeas how 2 find him

First I would try anywho.com for a phone number..Then go to the clerk of courts in the county you believe he moved and see what is there..It's a start..Good Luck.
