I have 2 pals in Nevada but both in different facilities, they dont actually know that I write to other people, they think they are my one and only to save arguements. Anyway one has sent me a visiting form to fill in and one of the questions is " do I have any other correspondance with anyone one else in the State of Nevada, ie..penpals, etc?" obviously I dont want to lie and I will put "yes" but will my pal find this out? does he get to see what I put on the form as I dont want to upset him? I live in the Uk so I dont know if I will get to visit anyway but he wants to put me on his list just incase I'm ever over there. I'm a bit worried because if he finds out I have other pals he won't be too happy as we are pretty close in our letters.

Sam, I used to have a pal in ely who sent me a visitation form, so if this is the same facilty your friend is in well then no he won't get to see or read whatever details you write on the form.

Do not lie about any info you supply to the prison. You could be banned from visiting for doing so.

If the Prisoner request to see the visiting form you sent in. They will let them see it, but the prisoner might say something like "I would like to see my file" and your visiting form is in his file. Dont say anything to your PP now, but if he ask you be truthful about it :0)
