Default Visitation guidelines

I was thinking.

Admittedly, this is where the trouble usually begins.

Ahem.

Generally speaking (exceptions abound of course), if I live in the same state as my honey, I can get approved to go visit her on one of the two visiting periods on visiting days.

If I come from out of state or country, I can get approved to go visit her on both visiting periods.

Do you think if I found a way to leave the planet, that I could be approved for a sleep-over when I came back?

Please respond quickly, I'm on hold with NASA now.

Thank you,

Angel

Are you asking if you can get approved for the extended visit if you somehow change your address? You probably could except now the prison has your current address which is in the same state. You could make a big show and dance that you moved out of state but then you would be fibbing. The idea behind those extended visits is to give people that have to make travel arrangements and incur expenses for that travel to have longer contact visits in order to make it worth their time. Not so much just to give longer visits within the same state since it’s not so hard for you to get there.

That’s been my understanding anyway from my pal.
