| Well, his thought's on the months out. Trying times, feeling alienated while inside, everything inside stay a constant. Outside after 13 yrs has changed alot. Feels people outside have changed alot for the worse. More egotistical, atmosphere outside is to get things done fast, heavy traffic and the cost of things, yet wages seem the same. Frustrations are, getting used to standing in lines, also so much to choose from in food. After eating out, home cooked food is best. Dealing with authoritive figures, in some respects a sensory overload. I have not lost sight of maintaining as free a life as even one can outside. Thru all negative alot of postive if remained focused. Best feeling of being out is being with a person I truely love and who truely loves me. Love was and is the main thing, not fantasy or a wish but, calming and serrene love . Sometimes rocky but, not slippery. Thoughts of people in prison who prey on women, are going to use to set up for $ and visits, while in will say love and cherish, they use them mostly. They will tell them anything for the above. Games are played from outside to inmates too, getting in their heads with hopes and them shoot them down and is the cause of some suicides, due to focus on so strong. Some inmates call 10 women a week and on the phone all the time, this way call one once a week to state love them and not to run up their ph bill. If each of the ten women gives him $20.00 it adds up, and keeps an addy book coded to not make a mistake and for others inside too. In a nutshell, my life is betterdue to someone that showed me compassion, took a chance on me,and was human about everything. She did not change, remained constant, also understood me. Mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually I feel I am coming together in this world. All's going great and little problems I had are leveling out. Jon My feelings on this is Jon is amazing I think and really doing well, past what I thought. I am impressed with him very much as well as love the guy. Believe me I am hard to impress LOL, this part coming from me (smile) This is where he is at and us as a couple now. Thanks all for letting us share !!!

| Peanut and Jon, thank you so much for sharing with all of us. I have seen many of my friends come home and I know the re-entry process is difficult but hearing your personal experience helps all of us to understand better. I appreciate your sharing both the positives and negatives. Everyone wants to be loved and to feel that their relationship is the "real deal." Unfortunately, many are not but how refreshing it is when we're able to witness one that is. I pray God's greatest blessings on you both and, again, thank you for sharing with us. |
