Time crime was committed til the time they are incarcerated

the only time it would happen is if they weren't caught right away or if they were out while there trial was happening. What example can you give???

My pp was in county jail for nearly 2 years until his trial. Once the punishment was decided he was then sent to prison. Could this be a factor for your pp?

My PPs was in county jail for two years also. But, her trial and conviction was held relatively quick. I don't know why the long delay. Something else for me to ask her. :-)
