I know as far as USPS delivery there's mail on New Year's Eve but not on New Year's Day.

NY eve, mail runs as normal...but no mail on NY day---probably won't be back to almost 'normal' til next week i don't imagine

If you are referring to prison mail that will vary according to the prison. Nobody will get it Thursday, but my guy told me last night they won't get it at his camp Thurs OR Fri.
