It will be operational after midnight today, when voting will officially begin. We are sending you this link early so you can forward it to your supporters.



Some things to remember (please read carefully):

* Voters can only vote ONCE and for ONE author. Votes can be cast between March 15 and midnight April 15, 2007.
* An e-mail address must be entered by the voter. He/she will receive a verification e-mail message with a link, and verification of each vote will be required before the vote is officially registered.
* Only one vote can be cast from an individual computer. This measure is set in force to eliminate "cheating" ( i.e., people voting more than once with different e-mail addresses to try to circumvent the system).
* Once a person votes, he/she can view the existing voting numbers and percentages and can check them continually. The results CANNOT be viewed before a vote is cast.



You may want to e-mail the above four parameters to your supporters as well, so they will know how the voting process works. In addition:



* Book sales between March 15 and April 15 count toward the vote totals as well, and this information will not be revealed until after April 15. This will add an element of mystery to the final count. All semi-finalists' books have been added to our web site and are accessible through a keyword search. When the title of the book appears after the search, there is a "view" link next to the title which opens a detailed product page. Please view your page to make sure it is accurate. If you would like any changes made, please e-mail them to me right away so we can get the revisions done quickly.



If you are one of the top (10) finalists, you will be notified via e-mail no later than April 20 th and the award process will move to the final phase of essay submission.

I just checked his book on Amazon and it is rated highly, so i thought i'd order it and see/read for myself.
