Not all parts of prison have camera's to prove what went on, the inmate is the so called criminal remember, if his word against hers she loses of course.

That would only help if one is being attacked on the outside, in a public place makes the attacker nervous the attention and normally runs.

Not a good idea inside those walls. I still like Xray's post idea best and with that also she should file a grievance report. Best defense w/o it turning on her.

Ok, I just got off the phone with my pen pal. Told her to stay away from the private parts if he got fresh, she is going to yell like h#%^ if he touches her.
She is going to get in touch with her lawyer tonight and let him handle the issue. I would imagine something be will started tomorrow against this guy whether it be a phone call to the prison or whatever.

I feel so much better after our conversation, she sounded somewhat at ease after our conversation. Going to send her a card every day for a week or so to let her know she is thought of often and loved.

I hate men that take advantage of women. There should be a special place for them somewhere.

I agree with UKgal, when it comes to prison, men should not be working womens prisons and vice versa wth direct contact. It would cut off alot of internal issues.

Not only the do guards do this to women in regards to this thread yet, some women inmates also agree to sex with staff for favors too.
