Can anyone please explain what a sentence modification is and how do i go about organising one?

Generally it needs to be done by a lawyer or if the inmate can't afford an attorney they file it pro se. You can help whoever it is that is locked up but they have to actually turn it in themselves if they don't have an attorney.
I am taking by your sign on name that you are not from the US and there are laws here that if you act as an attorney without being one you can get fined and possibly charged. I have done research for a few guys locked up and they have to submit anything I do as if they did all the research themselves.
But you can talk to an attorney for your pal or whoever it is you are asking for and they can direct you where you would need to go in the state you are dealing with.
