WOW this really surprises me Tupp. If she was caught with contraband and trying to 'steal' med records and he tested positive to drugs Im not surprised they werent allowed visits. I guess the time frame would come into it. Here in Aust the visitor would be banned for a set amount of time, maybe it was a permanent ban which was deemed harsh??
