I hear your voice and see your face,
And recall memories I can’t erase,
I put my hand up to the glass,
Hoping that the time will last.

I hold the phone up to my ear,
Wishing that you weren’t here,
You tell me that you really miss me,
As I remember how you used to kiss me.

Before I know it, your voice fades,
And I can only see your face,
I read you lips whisper “I love you”
And Have to go another week without you.
