this is going to sound bad, but...
its hard for my TB(Teddybear) to afford the 3 stamps needed to post to Aus. First, I sent pre-paid post voucher things. They fell off the envelopes, so they didn`t work! I said I would find US stamps somewhere. But I Can`t! I even sent my long lost cousin in CA some money to buy US stamps and send to me. Bad idea sending cash thru the mail! No stamps from my cousin.
TB said it would be much easier to just send him some money so he could buy the stamps himself. True, but I said I would get them!!! I can`t tho!
Yes I know this IS childish!!! But...Can anyone help me? I will pay for them of course. Anything to prove I can do it!!!Then I can send some over, and say, See? I told you I could get them!!!!! lol

I am in canada so I can not help you but a few ideas is to check on line where you can purchase stamps .. maybe check the post office site and then you can have them sent direct to him BUT first make certain that his facility allows stamps to be sent in ... as not all do .. arri

Thanks for your help. I was thinking the same thing, if I get really desperate, I could send the US PO a money order, and a S.A.E. and they might send the stamps out to me. And I send them to him.
It might have to come to that! Its got like, Teddybear says "I bet you can`t" and I say "Oh? Well,I bet I can!"

Does TB have a friend or relative where you could send an International Money Order to and he/she could change that into stamps for him?

I will have to dig around, but I had bought some stamps to write to a pp in Germany, I had not heard from them and I now have three or four 80 cents stamps, will that work for you? If so you can e-mail me your address and I can send them to you, better than them going to waste! Darlene

you can buy US Stamps direct from the Postal system. www.USPS.com they will sent them any place you direct. mikeinpa.
