Many of you know I have a few pals and they are all special to me in their own ways but none are "SPECIAL" PPs. So I got a letter from one of my PPs who is in the Feds and when I opened it there was the sexiest picture inside. I don't mean half naked sexy...I mean confident, head held high, slight smile sexy. It made me smile a huge grin and I got little butterflies in my stomach but not in that way. My PP has been through alot in the past 6 months (losing a family member, not seeing his child, being sent to the hole a few times) and at one point I really thought I might get a letter returned to me saying inmate no longer living. But to see him come through all of this sucessfully and knowing the letters we have shared over the past couple months may have been somewhat therapeutic to him, I felt a sense of accomplishment for him, a sense that everything is going to be ok and I was blessed to be a part of the journey.

yeeeeeeehaw that's great i hope the butterflies don't become bigger lol...........you never know what will happen.

Thanks for sharing. I hope some people will read this post, who still have doubts to write to someone who lives in prison, and that this post made them decide to do.

This is what friendship is about, the key for a happy life.....for both sides. Just to know that people care, and love you...... for you! And be there when things go worse, and laugh when your happy.
