Hi, I think Danielle has made a great suggestion, when we hear about some inmates causing us problems/playing games, why not warn others!? Is that definately not allowed here?? I saw on another penpal site ages ago that they had a section highlighted as 'Scam Artists', listing known inmates who have used people for money, which I thought was a good idea, in fact the only good thing the site did have to be honest! so you guys are stuck with me here!! hahahaha.

I swear we should have a thread entitled "pp's that only cause crap" but I realize that can't happen. BOOHISS, although I'm wondering how long that thread would be? LOL

I had a pen pal when I first started that was similar to what you are going through Missy, this guy was Nuts. And some might not see it fair to judge him, but these guys rarely go away, and I think if you get another letter from him , let your husband write a nice "friendly" letter to him

If you had a thread on here 'warning' people about scammers or the not so stable pen pals, could you imagine the games some 'free' people would play? look at some of the crap that others talk about here when it comes to revealing names. I personally would not write him if that is your wish, and just return the mail unopened marked return to sender. If that doesn't work contact the prison to stop his mail outs to you. Just remember we are all different and cry out in strange ways to be heard.
