| i have sent express mail before and it may get to the prison faster but they treat it the same as any other mail when it gets there to be honest i have found its a waste of money. i sent 2 exact letters one express (costing $18.00) and one not he recieved the non express letter first. To clarify this is a prison in California. |

| I just called the prison.....jasus that was painful. He couldn't understand me and I coudn't understand him, then when I get nervous because I can't be understood I start talking really fast. I'm just going to ask my PP for the rules. |
