I dont know if I am blind but I cant seem to find any mail rules for california.
Does anyone have a link or any info for me?

I just visited the CA Dep. of Corrections website and I too could not find any information about specific rules. So, just sent them an email. I found their email address: Secretary@yaca.ca.gov

If you find out anything, please let us all know.

I have just checked the website again and dug abit deeper. I have found it on there.
http://www.corr.ca.gov/RegulationsPolicies/PDF/DOM/Chapter%205%20Custody%20Security%20Operations/Chapter%205.pdf it starts on page 179.

if you have a specific question I can help you I know alot of the mail rules in California. To be honest sometimes it just depends on the prison too so if I can be of any help please let me know.
