When prison guards in Vienna, Austria, saw a man on the roof of their jail they just assumed he was an inmate trying to escape.

Police were alerted and rushed to the complex. Very soon the man, 23, was in custody.

Only then did they recognise him as a prisoner who had been legally released a week before. He told his interrogators he had been trying to get back into the jail "because life is so much easier on the inside. They feed you, do your washing and let you watch TV, which is a lot more than my mother does".

LOL. Poor guy must have it really rough at home to want to go back to jail. Sheesh!!!
