how can i sent a book to prison from Germany?

All books sent to prisons have to come from a book store such as Barnes&Noble etc.

Fufur...it may be a good ideal for you to try and get a copy of the "Hand-book" of the rules and regulations from the prison inwhich your son is in...it would be helpful for you to see what producedures that has to be followed with your son restrictions now since he is under, and considered a higher risk inmate.

As to how books must be sent,sargie is correct...books are a very good thing for your son since his time now will seem like it has doubled.

Also a good time for increase letter writing to him as well...giving him words of encourgement...sprinkled with thoughts of making considerable strive towards making changes in his life-style...this of course is just a suggestion...Good Luck...gd4or

You have to understand that all prisons are different and it's best to know the rules before you send anything. Maybe your son will be able to help you out, or you can find information on the internet about the rules of the prison he's in.

You can order books through internet (amazon.com or bol.com the last one has a German store I think). Most prisons don't allow you to send books yourself. Also, some prisons don't allow hardcover books. So you have to know the rules, because otherwise you might send him something and he's not allowed to have it...
