My pp in AZ has written to me and asked if I can get a copy of the following on his case and I am not too clever in this area so I would appreciate your help or pointing me in the right direction he writes as follows

“I would be interested to see if they would let you have access to printing out 1993 Case Case Law before they revised all the statutes. I’d like to get all the statutes of my sentencing can you access “sentencing transcripts” and “minute entries” from the internet as I need this info”

Can anyone advise me on this I am assuming he does not have access to this info or having difficulty obtainig like everything else?

that is maricopa county ,. ask him which county but this main page allows you to link to other counties in az...

i think transcripts have to be purchased thru the courts. as for the statues, if you can get the ARS # and do a search,you may find what you are looking for. other than that,i would suggest the law library in downtown phoenix. if your PP is working on an appeal, is there a lawyer involved? i think it would be quite a challenge to find what you are looking for because the statues are always changing. .

Hi thankyou for all this info. He hasn't got a lawyer as can't afford one Do you know of anyone that make take on his case for free to try and get a sentence reduction?
