OK.. I have a question that was kinda raised in one of my previous topics. How many have pals that have true friends that they trust behind bars that they didn't know before being incarcerated. One of my pals has one close friend and another good friend. The rest of my pals seem to just fend for themselves and trust no one. Is my one pal the only one who has made friends behind bars?

My Hunny has friends that he didn't know before going in. He sent me a pic of him and one of his buddies. Most of my other pals mention a friend or two.

i have tried to ask this question before to my pp and didn't really get an answer. but i'm going to try again because i think it's a really interesting one. they call each other "brother" but do they really feel that way? and yes, have you made even one true friend in there.

I have asked this question of some of my pen-pals. Most say they trust no one. One of my pals refers to his peers as "associates"....

Same response from each of my pals. They all have told me that they feel so alone and can't trust anyone on the inside, period. It is sad but must be true because I don't discuss any subject between pals and they all feel the same way.

He doesn`t have any good friends. In 18 yrs behind bars he said he has only ever had one person he considered to be a good friend. But some people he trusts more than others.

My boyfriend has a few people who watchi his back and vice versa, but has ONE person he considers a true friend. And he did not know him before going in.
