Can anyone direct me to the best to read the details of my friend's court case/trial minutes so that I can see for myself what transpired during the trial before his incarceration?? There are so many sites out there, and I can't tell which ones are legit and which ones aren't - I don't care if there is a fee involved, as long as I can get quality, accurate data.... many thanks

You can usually get a copy of court proceeding transcripts directly from the county of conviction you will need the case and or cause number. Those numbers are usually on a DOC or Dpt of safety site . There will probably be a small fee or a fee for each page and records from a Dpt of Safety site .
In the case of federal prisoners you should try the court that they were convicted in you will once again need a case number and probably a cause number . When looking make sure you have a full first and last name not a nick name or shorted first name that people often use in informal conversations
Often a date of birth is needed that is usually on a DOC site .

It is possible that for a number of reasons you will not be allowed this information. Private non government sources are far to often unreliable and usually get much of their information form the same places that any one can .
