Default Anyone writing Troy Davis
I decided to write him he is a DR inmate. The first letter back from his laid down some facts about carrying a friendship with him even mentioning he needs funds. mentioned funds a few times. he claims he is innocent and has proof and is trying to fight with appeals. Do any of you write to him?

hmm.. i am beggining to think this might be a mistake.. I wrote, and mailed a letter to him Saturday.. It was the first, and ofcoarse i have not heard back from him..
But i was warned by someone else about him wanting money, and he got turned down, and this person has not recieved anything back since.. anything meanin mail.. Be careful.. ofcoarse, that goes without saying

Oh i for one and not able to send money maybe a few bucks here and there for stamps but nothing big for legal. Please let me know when you get your letter back from him and we can compare. I am not going to write to him until WE know whats up. i wrote him on 8/10 and got a reply tody 8/18
Please let me know.

I have been writing to Troy for the last 5 months. Everything was going ok until he asked me for money. I wrote explaining that I could not afford to send any and I have never heard anything back. I urge caution maybe when writing to him, you umay get asked for funds.

Oh gaza he asked for funds in the very first letter flat out he talked about money more then anything and how OH does not pay their inmates and how his mom and sister are so sick and so forth and oh ya i need money

Wow. Sorry that it took me so long to reply to your posting. I had all the same guff about his Mother being ill. That was in about the 3rd reply that I got from him. He did not even wait that long to ask you! Proceed with caution!

oh i have done decided i will not be writing him back. seems like he is settng up a money empire for his family.
