Hi Jennifer. I don't want to put my nose in someone else's affairs but I'd like to ask you if you're sure his cellmate can be trusted? I mean, everyone can say this, you don't know how the relation between your penpal and his inmate was, do you? Maybe he just wanted to get back at your pal? Just my thought... Again, I don't know about this situation so please forgive me if I'm completely wrong.

yeah that has crossed my mind thats why i wanted anyone writting him to e-mail me so I can see what he is telling them. I did'nt want to put his name on this site (due to scandels)

Why wouldn't you ask your penpal or tell him what is being said behind his back. I sure would. I believe my pals first or least give them the benfit of the doubts or accusations. Just sharing my thought. Good luck!

I say let it go. Unless you and he talked about getting married or something, I don't think you should even let that letter phase you. Just keep you sixth sense in high gear and be on the look out for a scam and continue writing your pen pal as you always have. Since you don't know that guy's motive for writing to tell you this, it could be a can of worms you don't want to open.

Well i myself am not writing there but i must agree follow your instincts, as i to have just been there and its not a real good feeling... but we all learn from our mistakes. smile.... it can only get better

I will have to say. If I were romantic with any of my pals, I would have to wonder if they were beign true and honest. There seem to be more horror stories than non. To those in love that is. Do you think they are addicted to seeing how many people they can play or what exactly is going on? I would like to know , out of my own curiosity. Unless you are lucky to find out on here, how would you ever know or find out??!!!

This is just how i see it but.... i think that they become addictied to getting mail and dont realize that they could be hurting someone, and that they are then seen as players, but as in life there always has to be some bad apples lol, my own experince hurt me but.. a lesson learnt.

I sooo never meant to get romantic with my pp. It wasn't something I planned for. Just something that happened. Looking back at it now, I see just how he worked me. I wasn't aware while he was doing it though.
