Finally'''' after 3 yrs the state of Florida is giving my son a new trial....strong enough grounds to release him and dismiss all charges,,, has been in jail most of that time and then to prison last summer.
The whole thing was circumstancial from get go now finally he has his life back ...
Just had the best news ever, thank God this nightmare is near over (smile)

Just needed to vent and share!!!!!!!!!!!!
