I saw that last night Nad...great eh. Now for it to be abolished everywhere too.

Another State that's abolished it, it's great :-) Don't think Texas will follow suit though. They seem to have their own rules on everything. But it's a start and that's something to be positive about.

They sure do Nad. Texas do what they want when they want.

Yes it is wonderful news and I am hoping others see that the death machine is wrong, but unfortunately I think it will be decades even centuries until all the other states follow! But it is positive news and something to be happy about!

I agree, for those of us who believe in abolition, it's such a long road paved with so many disappointments. We have such a long way still to go but a victory like this is definitely an occasion to rejoice.

Glad to see another state doing the right thing. I wonder what must go through the people already on death rows mind whilst they are awaiting to find out what will happen to them

I believe the Gov with signing the Repeal Bill" is saying the system is indeed broken and needs fixed.
