Where my husband is in prison it is 2$ for one picture I think. or you can get 4 for 10 or something like that and the max amount of pictures you can take in one day is 4. Where he is, you need to put dollar bills in a machine and then it gives you a token and you bring the token up to visiting with you because they don't allow paper money and I don't know why but you need a separate token for pictures and can't use regular money. Then when you get up there and give them them your visiting slip and they assign you a table you give them your token and they put it on the table your sitting at on their little desk thing and come get you when it's your turn to take a picture. Also, the machine that they have at the institution my husband is at wont give change back so you if it's the same there just make sure to bring ones so u don't end up losing money. AND.....you know your guy can pay for the pictures too and just have them deduct it from his books on canteen money. So he can pay for pictures!!!! But... If I were you, I'd just call the prison and ASK!!! Then you know for sure what their policy is, because they are all different. Just like all co's are different.
