I'm pretty bad with computers so I wrote a blog when it was a question.
I'd like to know if sent a photo in the first mai/letterl? I did'nt. Will I still get replies?
Another thing... I read that you can send photographs but not polaroids.
What kind of photo do I send then??? from the printer on normal paper? and not regular pics. I'm confused.

Hello, I have never sent a photo with a first letter and I still got replies so I wouldn't worry, as far as I know you have to send a photo on proper photo paper not on printer paper. I know emailingaprisoner does a photo sending service and I think jpay does too.

In my first four letters I printed my pictures on regular printer paper. They all received my picture, so I guess it's ok in some places.

Polaroids are the old photos with white edges. So both photos on paper and normal photos should be alright.

If you like you can contact me in my inbox, it would be nice to talk to you since we're from the same country and both new to this.

Felt rude to take it in swedish and I'm not sure you're allowed to do it. :P

Polaroids meant in this instance are from the now discontinued "instant" cameras that would take the picture and then print it out for you right out of the camera. It cam with a backing and edge that could be peeled apart and have contraband stored in it and that is why polaroids are not allowed. They don't make this film anymore so unless anyone's got a Polaroid camera with a stockpile of film, I'm sure that whole issue will soon die out.

In other words, no photos mounted on anything, like a paper backing.
