I have exchanged letters with a prisoner for about a month now. My question is: He sent me a letter with another girls name on it. The letter stated that he was interested in me and he was sending her $50.00 back to her. Why would he send this to me. Was this an "accident" and he put in wrong envelope or do you think it is a scam to send him money? Thanks for any opinions.
Is it just ME or does it seem like suddenly EVERY thread has some cause for concern about being scammed? I don't know if it's because we got a sudden influx of newbies or what, but it's like so many people seem OVERLY consumed to me. I've been at this just over a year now. Hi to all----- has anyone had a inmate to get out of prison and having a hard time getting them to open bk up to u the way it used to be?? We still have our connection with one another,but he has a hard time expressing how he feels now.. I know it couldn't have been easy in there...... It breaks my heart to see him like this.. He seems fine on the outside,but I know him and we can talk about anything and everything.What do I need to do? It's been yrs now.. Thx to all who reply
