I started on this site to reach out for a pen pal. What I got back was he was engaged and appreciated my letter. The pen pal sent me a letter from a celly asking if I would write him as he had been divorced for a long time and needed someone to brighten his days. I read the letter from his celly. I wrote back making it clear I was not really sure about writing as my intention was not just a random pen pal. As time went on we wrote back and forth and I really enjoyed the friendship and my pen pal

You guys that have been writing for longer than might know the deal with Texas, Do the inmates have to pay so much a year for health care, $100.00 I'm told. If this true what do the inmates do that have no family or outside help do, also if they are unable to pay does they effect their chances for parole when they are eligible.
