I am an inmate at Coleman Correctional Facility USP(2).I have currently been in administrative segregation for nine months without any reading material.A new warden took over USP(2)
and one of the first things he did was to deny all inmates in Special Housing Unit access to any and all publications.We are not allowed to read our prepaid for books,newspapers,and or magazines while in (SHU).This is a violation of the FirstAmendment of the United States Constitution.I have exhausted my administrative remedies on the issue and have started the process to filing a civil lawsuit under the Federal Bivens Act case # 5
8-cu-00295-WTH-GRU.I am fighting this case Pro-Se.and am seeking any help,advice,and assistance that I can garner.
