I read a few other threads today that made me crack up. Some offhand comments were made about what other people think about prisoner penpals. I'm new to this thing, so I wanted to compile a list of the stereotypes.

So far, it seems like people think that prisoner penpals are...

• ugly
• lonely
• desperate
• old
• crazy
• weird
• sugar daddies/mamas
• stupid
• in need of sex
• prim and proper church-going ladies

and the list goes on...

But it's hilarious so far!

Anyone have anything else to add?
