Nevertheless i would left him stayin alive where he is, in prison. Heīs a good example for a society to show that she is much more better than the offender. Itīs not much what his execution could change in the life of the victims relatives. The society has done what the society was able to do, to do all to catch both individuals. I remember the tremendous manpower what was used to catch both. Unfortunately the victims canīt return, it means that the pain will stay for the relatives, i guess. The task of the society is to protect herself from such people, it was successfull done since he was captured. Thatīs why i see no important reason to kill him when i suppress the not really friendly feelings (in me) for him, when i view it emotionless. |
I don't know how he could have had an unfair trial. He killed people in a very heinous way and he was aware he was in a state where the DP existed when he committed these crimes.
He tormented a multi state community. I see no reason to pay his living expenses for the rest of his life when he did such heinous acts.
These are the crimes where I strongly believe in the DP. I have no emotions about it at all, it's simple, he deserves the same fate he dealt to those victims.
While it won't bring resolution for the families, it will bring them a sense of closure.
It's not just about the murders, but the manor in which they occurred. He not only killed people, he terrorized a multi-state region. That is pretty darn heinous.
I am not a die hard anti or pro, I believe in some cases it is necessary, and this is one of them. We will have to agree to disagree on this one.
