He wasn't just a guy who went on a tirade. He was a trained sniper in the military and used that to terrorize the DC area. This is a very smart individual, and with that said, he was smart enough to know these were DP crimes and with all due respect he needs to own up to and have the same fate his victims had.

It bothers me that as heinous as his crime was that he can even ask for clemency and there are so many on DR who shouldn't be there and they can't even get one appeal won to argue the point, when they had inadequate defense to begin with.
