You can go to Hallmark Cards | Free Ecards, Greeting Cards, Birthday Gifts, Gold Crown Stores, Keepsake Ornaments - Hallmark Cards and order and personalize cards and they will mail them for you. I just don't know if they accept foreign currency.

There are other web sites that you can write an e-mail and they will print it and send it from their closest mail site to the destination. It didn't have anything to do with prisons. I'm sorry I can't think of it. If I find it I will post the link..... Not to negate mazzh. Just to offer more options....
