It all depends on the inmate.
Christoper Simmons received the DP and his Co-defenadnt, Charlie Benjamin received life.
When the USSC overturned juvenile executions based on the plight of Chris. There were many media reports.
While Chris fought so hard for life, Charlie would have rathered seen sentenced to death.
