.Something does not sound right here . You do not get seven years based on words they have to have evidence factual or not . In this case medical reports . A first by ear law student would get it tossed with out evidence of assault.

I've never heard of this . I highly doubt a defense attorney will lie to his or her client . That is based on fiction and groupie talk BS .
It is a insult to defense and appeals attorneys who work very hard it is not a easy job at all . No they do not a hang out together that is the stuff of fiction and groupie talk in reality usually they despise each other .
Yes technically he can represent himself though few if any judges will allow it with out a appointing second chair .
