There are dozens of inmates in Asian prisons that would bite your hand off for the chance of a letter. I know specifically of Thai prisons and there are a high number of foreigners incarcerated over there doing huge sentences that receive very little mail and virtually no visits. I write to a Malaysian man and an Uzbek woman, both of whom are narcotics offenders.
