Under no circumstances should they be punished as harsh as adults. Partly
they are victims of their hormones and partly they are a product of their environment. So first they should look at the past of that person and than
normally they would see that this person didn`t have a rosy life... When
people are on Death Row they are only partly guilty of their crime because
there are always people or the society they grew up in that could be con-
sidered guilty aswell. Gandhi once said that eye for an eye makes the whole
world blind. I think there is a lot of wisdom in that sentence... Also he said:

Hate the sin, love the sinner
